The event aims to strengthen international cooperation in shooting sports, identify the strongest athletes in the 1000-1600m spotting rifle discipline, and showcase the participants' skill levels. The First International ILRSF Cup will undoubtedly contribute to the popularization of long-range shooting as a sport.

In the highlands, participants will face unique challenges and competition against top shooters from around the world. The event will unite athletes in the spirit of sporting partnership. It will be enhanced by the region's natural attractions—mountain landscapes and Lake Issyk-Kul.

Organizational details are being worked out: the form and procedure for submitting applications for participation and the conditions for accommodating athletes during the competition are being clarified, as well as recommendations for hotels and transfer options from Bishkek and Issyk-Kul International Airport (Tamchy village).

The program of events within the competition, including exercise briefings and the competition schedule, will be announced later.

New members of the International Long-Range Shooting Federation

On December 2, 2025, representatives from the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan joined the International Long-Range Shooting Federation (ILRSF).

At the general meeting of ILRSF members, the Long-Range Shooting Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic was represented by Azamat Zhakshylykovich Tursunov, Chairman of the Board, and Kamoliddin Khakimovich Khamidov, Secretary General, represented the Practical and Precision Shooting Association of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The International Long Range Shooting Federation has been registered with the Russian Ministry of Justice

This year has been marked by many events in the life of the Long Range Shooting Federation, one of which was the formation of the International Long Range Shooting Federation (ILRSF) with the participation of the Precision Shooting Federation of the Republic of Belarus.

We are proud to announce the registration of a new organization with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the launch of an official website www.ilrsf.ru / www.ilrsf.com, where you can view the Charter, memorandum and other documents, as well as a registration form for organizations wishing to join.

There are plans to hold the first international competitions in 2026, which will, of course, be announced later.

The International Long-Range Shooting Federation was founded

At the initiative of the FSDD, a founding meeting was held in Moscow, establishing the International Association "International Long-Range Shooting Federation" (ILRSF).

The founders were the All-Russian Public Organization "Long-Range Shooting Federation" and the "Precision Shooting Federation" of the Republic of Belarus.

The main goals of the association are the development of high-performance sports. Joint efforts will be directed toward the popularization and development of a new shooting sport with an applied focus, its promotion as a means of comprehensive personal development, enhancing the culture of firearms handling, and creating conditions for athletes to improve their skills in member countries.

The creation of the association will enable the organization of international competitions, giving Russian athletes the opportunity to demonstrate high results and earn the title of "Master of Sports of International Class."

This initiative is a significant result of the long-term development of the Russian Long-Range Shooting Federation, which celebrated its 10th anniversary at the end of last year. The organization's accumulated experience in promoting a new sport will become an important aspect of international cooperation.
